Workshop: Kombucha

Kombucha is a traditional asian drink made from fermented tea. We will look at what happens during the manufacturing process as well as some background information and start our own kombucha.

Includes a SCOBY to take home. Please remember to bring a big glass (possibly with a screw on lid for the way home).
